Theme:"NURTURING LEADERSHIP AND VALUES THRU SPORTS."

Last Sept. 19-20,2018 Sta. Maria National High School (Main) celebrated their intramural s at the Junior High School. And after the game Mr. Kevin Belingon gave his speech to inspire the players. And after that Mr. Clarence D. Binwag officially open the field for the players. And I joined the javelin throw, discus throw, shot put game and our opponent is Team 6 Golden Wolf.

Honesty, l'm glad i met everyone in my life. The good and the bad. The good make me thankful, the bad make me learn my lesson.

Forgiving yourself is as important as forgiving others. Guilt is toxic, re-living the mistake over and over. Love yourself. Forgive yourself. Follow your heart but take your brain with you.

It's a long time until the next election, but it start now. And if you truly want to see things change in the direction that our country/hometown is headed, you have to stay involved. You cannot quit now!!!!!!

Eating right is a lifestyle. With anything in life we hit bump in the road. Especially in the beginning it may be tough to keep up, but NEVER give up.
